Miya Started Preschool....Kind of

Abby, Maddie, Evie, Israel, Miya, and Max.   I love how happy Miya is in these photos...NOT.

Last year, a couple of mommies and I started a little preschool and this year it's become a little more structured. Here are a couple pictures of Miya's little preschool.

Matt's 30th B-day party (circa 1980's)

Matt's party was a blast and Kara really outdid herself. It was like we all accelerated to about 88 miles per hour and next thing we knew we were in the 80's. Be it a flux-capacitor or just the genius and effort of a handful of people, it turned out fun. We had all kinds, preppy cool guys, pajamaed pugilists, mulleted dudes (from "the bay area"), and a bunch of punk girls. Rob Beesley and I were happy we could pop in for the weekend and had a great time. Thanks to Rob, too, for helping out so much over the weekend. I am still debating which fighter I would choose but I think they might already all be taken from the looks of it. And last but not least, happy birthday to Matt.

So, I was going through the pictures on my mom's sony/Japanese laptop when I came across one of our old family photos; however, someone made a few alterations to it and saved it...pretty creative, but now who would really? My guess would be Ken. Am I right? Anyways, I though it was pretty funny, so I thought I'd share it with ya'll.

We went private

So because of some issues we were having with some of our photos being used as icons by some of our brother's fans, we needed to go private.

New York Weekend

I went to New York this past weekend with two of my sister-in-laws and our friend Erin. We had a blast, but of course I'm going to be the lazy one here and just refer you to Kara's blog (under family) because she did such a great job blogging/decribing our 4 days in NY. Thank you Kara for an amazing trip and for making it all possible! You're the greatest sister-in-law!

5 years and lovin' it!

It was our five year anniversary on june 28th. So we spent a couple nights at the new palms place hotel and spa. The room was awesome, especially the bathroom and the spa was beautiful (the Hammam was awesome). We had great food, worked-out together, went swimming and chilled in our cabana, went to the movies, and just had tons of fun together alone (longer than we have been since we had kids). We just enjoyed hanging out together and actually by the end of it all we remembered how much it is just about being together and not where or how.
