Well we stuck it out for the scheduled 5 months of clean eating and working out with occasional (very occasional) cheat days. We reached our goals and feel great. Erika steadily lost fat as she toned up her muscles and dropped from 118 to 108. Mason gained muscle and a bunch of fat going from 164 up to 176 only to cut down to 160.
