Last night for FHE Mason taught the girls about their body and how it's important that we keep our bodies clean and healthy. We went out the the soccer fields by our apt. and the girls ran wild. Miya is a quick little Bugga and Emi just loves to skip run and jump.

I love your girls. Can't believe the marathon is THIS weekend! Are you ready? I am SO nervous for you, but I know you'll kick butt! I can't even imagine doing anything that exerting right now...all is due time, I guess! Love you!
