So I forgot to take a picture of my yummy ending product, but this is what it looked like before I ate it. It was the best Uni I've had in a long time...So fresh the sea urchin was still moving...I love it love it love it!
THAT is insane! Not sure if I could eat that, but I'm always willing to give anything a try. I just can't believe that you went to the store and bought that...I'd be like...ummm...a pet? PS- speaking of pets, we bought a dog today. Yes, I said DOG! Help!

looks good to me. although i think anything you cook is restuarant quality. i'm still thinking about the superbowl dinner you made. so yummy. ps i bought a pineapple for the kids and sliced it myself. i butchered it a little, but it tasted fine!
