I love it when I go download my photos from off my camera because I almost always find a self shot video of Miya. One of her favorite shows is "i Carly" and I'm really thinking that it's rubbing off on her. Mason--I read your comment on Kara's blog about the Noxplode--I used to use that stuff but I noticed the creatine in it made me more bulky than I wanted to be. (maybe I put on muscle easier than most girls, I don't know) I liked it though, totally worked. Have you used their satur8 product? I remember liking that too. (I think thats how they "spell" it)
