FHE

Last night for FHE Mason taught the girls about their body and how it's important that we keep our bodies clean and healthy.  We went out the the soccer fields by our apt. and the girls ran wild.  Miya is a quick little Bugga and Emi just loves to skip run and jump.

Sistas and thier cheesy smiles.

Miya racing down the line.

Emi skipping a little off the line.

Gap Casting Calls

I know this is so silly, but I got an email advertising for Gap Kids casting calls and I actually submitted these photos of the girls.
Who knows?

Emi's Potty trained!

After only a week of training, Emi is potty trained!!!  Yay!  No more diapers.  Emi impresses me, she doesn't even pee the bed at night.  She'll wake up and go to the bathroom all by herself and then go right back to bed.  Amazing right?  Go EMI!

Every member a missionary

On Sat. I was in charge of the Primary Day Activity and the theme of the activity was "Every Member a Missionary".  One of the things they did was have a relay where they dressed up like missionaries.  Well, Mason was getting rid of some clothes and Miya thought she's use daddy's clothes and pretend to be a missionary and of course, Emi followed Miya's lead.  I think they make quite adorable missionaries.

I love Emi's smile...she makes the mom smile (that's for you Kyla).

Miya Started Preschool....Kind of

Abby, Maddie, Evie, Israel, Miya, and Max.   I love how happy Miya is in these photos...NOT.

Last year, a couple of mommies and I started a little preschool and this year it's become a little more structured. Here are a couple pictures of Miya's little preschool.

Matt's 30th B-day party (circa 1980's)

Matt's party was a blast and Kara really outdid herself. It was like we all accelerated to about 88 miles per hour and next thing we knew we were in the 80's. Be it a flux-capacitor or just the genius and effort of a handful of people, it turned out fun. We had all kinds, preppy cool guys, pajamaed pugilists, mulleted dudes (from "the bay area"), and a bunch of punk girls. Rob Beesley and I were happy we could pop in for the weekend and had a great time. Thanks to Rob, too, for helping out so much over the weekend. I am still debating which fighter I would choose but I think they might already all be taken from the looks of it. And last but not least, happy birthday to Matt.
